Summary
We have full-time opportunities for support workers to join our teams in our children’s homes in the South Wales area. We aim to provide a homely environment where children feel safe, supported and nurtured so if you have a passion for working with children who have not had the easiest start in life, and are motivated and passionate enough to want to make a difference, then please get in touch with us.
What we are looking for:
• Previous care experience (preferred but not essential).
• A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.
• Compassion and empathy.
• Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice.
• A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation and resilience.
• Good communication skills.
• 22 years of age or older (considered essential to ensure there is an appropriate age gap between the children we support and the staff looking after them).
• Full UK manual driving license (essential).

Salary: £22366.80 (£10.90 per hour) Plus £50.00 sleep-in rate (reaching an additional earning potential of circa £4,400+ pa)
Paid double for Bank Holidays.
