Summary

We're currently looking for a Training & Design Specialist to join the team based on secondment. We're currently looking for a Training & Design Specialist to join the team based on secondment.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic approach to learning delivery ensuring design specifications are maintained
• Lead quality improvement using learning analytics, L&D data, and the feedback of stakeholder and the operational learning team to shape and improve learning delivery to meet industry best practice principles
• Work with the data teams on production of visual data and MI to demonstrate effectiveness of learning delivery
• Provide leadership and promotion of contemporary approaches and best practice to ensure learning delivery achieves positive outcomes
• Work proactively with a range of stakeholders to champion and celebrate best practices in supporting all learners to succeed, especially those with neurodiversity and specific learning differences
• Provide proactive valuable insight to support the continuous professional development of the Operational Learning Trainers
• Make effective use of the available tech stack to enable facilitation of effective, tech enabled learning solutions
• Undertake the professional development required to maintain technical competence, remain current on industry thinking and to develop knowledge of specific learning differences and neurodiversity to support learners, and continuous improvement in learning

About You

• Significant experience leading the strategic approach of learning facilitation and coaching
• Proven track record of effective engagement with stakeholders
• Experience of leading projects and using initiatives to drive change
• Proactive in the development of new approaches to improve the learner experience
• Strong advocacy and influencing skills to increase the development and engagement within teams of cutting-edge learning approaches
• Previous quality assurance and continuous improvement experience within a learning delivery environment
