Driver/Labourer
Location: Feltham
About the Job
Reporting to our Supervisors as a Driver/Labourer you will provide a high quality, customer and quality focused service supporting
our trades to to achieve a first-time fix and meet the KPI targets to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction is
high and customer expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities include:
* To provide labour support to the residential services team and carrying out duties directed by the planning team, supervisor,
or senior management.
* To undertake repairs where competencies and training allow you to do so to a high standard.
* To promote a philosophy of putting customer needs first at every opportunity.
* To work with residents and the voluntary sector in improving service delivery and promoting creative and innovative ways of
tackling problems ensuring service delivery is maintained.
* To check all PPE is adequate and in good condition, reporting any defects to the qualified operative, supervisor, or management
immediately.
* To ensure all works are undertaken safely and that risk assessments are always undertaken and adhered to.
* To ensure the site is clean and tidy upon completion of works.
* To maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and ensure tools are checked regularly to ensure they remain safe and fit for purpose.
About you
* Hold a full clean UK driving licence.
* Knowledge of working in maintenance environment
* Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work
* Strong customer focus and customer satisfaction skills
* Previous experience of working in a Social Housing Repairs environment is desirable.
* Good level of numeracy, literacy, written, oral and communication skills
