Summary
You will lead our Catering & Housekeeping teams, ensuring that the day-to-day operations of these teams run smoothly and efficiently and is ready and able to deliver a responsive service adapting to admissions and changes in need. You will be responsible for ensuring that our children and families are receiving excellent service from both Catering and Housekeeping, that your team are working to high standards and our Hospice and office space are exceptionally clean and the food that is served is of a high quality. Pivotal in developing and maintaining a positive working environment for all service users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and high-quality service, whilst monitoring costs. You will oversee the smooth running of Douglas House Reception which is 100% manned by volunteers, ensuring adequate covering and great customer service. Whilst making sure our volunteers are well looked after and engaged in all that we do.
