Summary
Job Introduction
Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Customer Retention Specialist to join the team at our VW Commercial Dealership in Droitwich.
The hours of work are 09:00 - 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch working 3 days a week.
As a Customer Retention Advisor you will make outbound calls to existing / previous customers promoting VW Commercial's service, offering customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements
Role and Responsibilities
- Outbound aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the dealership for service or repairs.
- Follow up calls to remind customers of required work previously identified
- Accurate data inputting of customer details
- Identifying infrequent customers and promoting Listers services
- Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Improve and drive lead conversions
- Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
- Adhering to brand standards
About you
- Automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. However, ideally you will have previous customer service or telesales experience
- Customer focussed with excellent communication & organisational skills
- Self-motivated & target driven
- Able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
- Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
- Competent using Microsoft Office
