Summary
Head Pastry Chef - £47,000 Package - Michelin Restaurant
This client has established itself as one of the leading Hotels and Restaurants in South Wales set on the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline.
This award-winning venue has an outstanding opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef within its kitchen team.
You will work a four-day week and will be paid for extra days worked as well as being eligible to be part of the employee profit share scheme.
What we offer:
• Salary up to £37,000.
• Gratuities are approximately £10-12,000 p/a

A successful candidate will ideally have:
• Outstanding Pastry Chef experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment and above.
• Excellent leadership skills with a calm mature approach.
• Clear passion for the industry and food.
• Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
• Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
• Dedicated and excellent team player with a strong coaching mentality.
