These posts are for Higher Executive Officer Business Analysts within Business Transformation (BT) and the Livestock Information Transformation Programme (LITP). You will be analysing the current ‘as is’ position and the future ‘to be’ position, working in a fast-paced environment helping to deliver change as part of various projects.

The role includes:

  • Using a range of tools and techniques to gather and develop high level and detailed business/user requirements, including user stories against the clear objectives articulated for the project/change
  • Evaluating requirements, identify opportunities to develop successful business requirements needed to make the transition
  • Ensure business needs and solutions are delivered to recognised methodologies. Considering fraud and quality in all new/updated processes
  • Engage with policy and strategy to ensure business systems, workflows and processes contribute to the target operating model
  • Manage and support a small team as well as working closely with stakeholders
  • Early impacting of change proposals, working closely with the business and the change gateway
  • Assist with the application of Methodologies following the Business Transformation Design Framework
  • Carry out gap and impact analysis, review, documentation and maintenance of business activities, processes and associated procedures
  • Supporting the testing of proposed solutions including input to the full range of test scenarios and witness testing before acceptance for implementation
  • Effective collaboration and communication with operations, project managers and stakeholders, subject matter experts and sponsors attributed to the project and/or change
  • You will have or be able to quickly build knowledge of how RPA’s core processes and IT systems operate
