Are you the right person for the job?
• Strong IT skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common applications
• Excellent telephone manner and outstanding communication skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Legal knowledge or experience is a plus, but not essential – our client provides comprehensive training!
What will your role look like?
• Provide comprehensive secretarial support to all departments
• Perform typing, scanning, and photocopying tasks with precision
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and handle client inquiries efficiently
• Assist in archiving and maintaining organised records
• Offer general office assistance to secretarial staff across various departments
