Summary

Tube Processing Operator


Job Description

Working on a 2-shift rotation, working on CNC tube lasers and CNC tube bending machines.

Duties

• Setting of tools
• Setting of the machines
• Editing programs and checking parts
• Working unsupervised

Required knowledge, skills or experience

• Knowledge of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential in both first and third angle projection
• The ability to work unsupervised is required as although in a team of approx. 3 people the individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance.
• This person should have experience and knowledge of working on CNC tube laser or CNC tube bending machines (ideally BLM).

Additional Information

Location: Shildon

Hours of work: Dayshift/2 shift rotation

Monday - Thursday:
• 6:00am - 3:30 pm
• 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Friday:
• 6:00am - 12:30pm
• 12:30pm - 7:00pm
Rates of pay: £13.73
