Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert product support, offering advice, guidance, and solutions for repairs and replacement parts.
Handle customer complaints and turn difficult situations into positive experiences.
Utilise Zendesk for computer-based data entry.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product details.
Coordinate couriers and consignments efficiently.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve queries.
Stay updated with the company's product range and industry regulations.
Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and social media.

Experience & Education:

Minimum of 12 months of experience in Product Support or Customer Service.
GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
A-Level or equivalent education is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).


Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise customer needs.
Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks.
Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently.
