Summary

Behaviour Support for a Manchester Primary School (M9)



Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a suitable individual to work with a small group of students as a Behaviour Support Role within a Primary School based in Manchester.

A little bit about the role:
- Supporting children who may be a looked after child or from a disadvantaged background.
- Offer a nurturing and understanding approach.
- An ability to use a variety of behaviour management techniques.
- Full Time - Term Time only.
- Flexibility to work with KS1 and KS2 pupils.
- Be able to support pupils with Maths, Literacy and other subjects within small groups or 1:1.

Key Abilities:
- Experience of working with children or young people who may present challenging behaviours.
- An ability to use a variety of techniques to support children with managing their behaviour.
- Experience either in a School, within Youth Work or Care with children and young people.
- Have an understanding approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
