As part of the IT Services Team the IT Helpdesk Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support on Dimensions IT systems by phone, remote support and face-to-face / desk side as part of the IT Helpdesk Team.

Interviews will take place on the 26th & 28th June via Microsoft teams.

About the role

- To log all customer incidents and tickets accurately in the incident management system (Richmond System).

- Provice fault diagnosis and user support/training to successfuly resolve as many issue on a first time fix basis

- Take ownership of problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues

- Pro-actively monitor, review and chase outstanding tickets and ensure that a high level of customer service is provided at all times to all customers and users

About you

The successful applicant will have:

- Team player

- Strong communication skills

- Previous IT experience is essential

- Good interpersonal skills
