There’s never been a better time to join our team. Our investment in our loyalty strategy has ensured that we have consistently strong and engaged audiences for our varied programme. The ideal candidate will have some theatre industry experience as either an actor, director, theatre practitioner or producer as well as experience of teaching within the arts and managing projects with artists and young people.

The MAPA coordinator will have a passion for working with young students to maximise the teaching potential of our unique access to live theatre and professional artists and that students are developing the skills necessary to succeed in higher education and employment within the theatre industry.
