Pastry Sous Chef Requirements:

• An inspirational leader who can guide junior members through a busy service.
• The ideal Pastry Sous Chef will possess creativity, passion, and exceptional leadership skills.
• All Pastry Sous Chef applicants must have worked at a Sous level and ideally worked within a five starred hotel or Michelin starred restaurant previously.
