Job Overview:

To provide reception, referral, and information to clients in a flexible, respectful and non-judgemental manner, including referring to others, and answering queries; keeping up-to-date records and files; using IT systems and word-processing as appropriate.

This is a hybrid role that requires the successful post holder to manage their own workload, be adaptable to change, accountable, non judgmental and flexible to the needs of the service.
