Summary
Income Officer – Permanent position (full time)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to undertake the post of Income Officer within the Income and Specialist Housing Team, with the skills and experience to deliver for our customers.
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing the highest possible standard of service to customers. You will be part of a team responsible for maximising income for the organisation, supporting customers to sustain their tenancies through pre-tenancy financial assessments, early intervention and prevention of arrears escalation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with demonstrable experience of delivering a customer focussed income and arrears collection service, with knowledge of welfare benefits, and experience of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Income Officer – permanent, full time role
• Salary is £36,795 per annum plus an annual car payment of £2,260
• Location: We have offices in Leeds (LS6 2TN) and York (YO32 9LG) where you will be required to attend
• Regular travel will be required
• 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
• Generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave on commencement rising to 31 days after 3 years’ service, occupational pension, health cash plan, and birthday leave, with the option of a flexible pot towards enhanced benefits.
