Summary
An excellent opportunity has presented itself in Newton Aycliffe for a Junior Site Engineer (Construction). You will be working for a large regional contractor from Yorkshire, who are currently entering a period of growth.
You will be reporting into the Site Engineer on a daily basis. Your duties will be very varied in this role;
Setting out for roads, retaining walls, concrete bases, groundworks, drainage, kerbs
Conducting site surveys
Providing Engineering support
Quality Assurance works
Checking line and levels
Operating AutoCAD
Checking designs
Key requirements;
Valid CSCS card
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction
