Summary
Service and Maintenance, Installation and Deinstallation of all Temporary Hire Kit
Objectives of the role:
Providing efficient installation and maintenance services
Ensuring safe operation of all plant before hire
Responding to emergency situations promptly and effectively
Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Adhering to safety standards and codes of practices
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Installation of Chillers as per the RAMs
Repair of stock on customers site and attend service breakdowns.
Assist in the development of associated products for both customer requirements and new developments within the industry.
Ordering of stock for the stores and van stock to reduce the waiting time and to ensure all vital parts are available.
Be pro-active in developing operational improvements, focusing on cost reductions and customer satisfaction, and embrace any changes that are implemented with a positive attitude.
Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes.
Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the front.
Carry out other tasks and duties as required.
Required Experience and Skills
Essential:

Minimum 3 years’ experience on Commercial Boilers
F gas qualified
Strong communication skills
Driving license essential
Tidy work ethic
Work under own initiative
Well organized
Up to date knowledge of health and safety regulations
Impeccable admin completion
IT literate
CSCS Card
Desirable:
Previous experience of HVAC hire industry
Electrical qualification
MOD Clearance
MOD Site Experience
Details
Based - remote
Working Hours – 0800 – 1700 hours
1 hour lunch break
25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
