Job Purpose:I am a friendly lady with Parkinson's who is seeking two female, self-employed, Personal Assistants for job share/cover. Monday to Friday for a 15-minute morning call, a 30-minute call at lunch (12 is preferred time) and 30-minute tea call. Saturday and Sunday 30-minute lunch call.

I am very independent but due to mobility issues, caused by my Parkinson’s disease, I need help with tasks such as meal prep and getting dressed. I would like someone who can prepare my lunch for me and get a sandwich ready for my evening meal. Someone who can cook would be ideal as the Parkinson’s has affected my sense of taste and smell.

I love to read and like to keep myself well informed. It would be nice to have someone who enjoys good conversation as I like to talk to people.

Female PA required due to personal care element.

Summary terms and conditions:· Rate of pay for this position is £14.73 per hour for Self-Employed PA. You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.· Hours and days of work: 7 hours and 15 minutes per week split as follows: Monday to Friday 15 minutes morning, 30 minutes lunch and 30 minutes evening call. Saturday and Sunday 30-minute lunch call.· This position requires the employee to complete free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, Personal Care and Food Hygiene.

The post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
