We’re on the hunt for an energetic, self-assured, and driven team member to enhance our Programme Management Office (PMO) within the Business and Digital division. Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our programmes and projects, championing the adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies.
You will be the go-to for hands-on programme support, knowledge management, and a catalyst for process improvement. We value a can-do attitude, meticulous organization, and a knack for problem-solving.
You will have experience in programme/project support roles, underpinned by a robust understanding of project management fundamentals. Your knowledge will span across various methods, techniques, and tools essential for the management and documentation of our programmes, ensuring the realisation of our strategic objectives.
Communication is key in this role. You’ll forge robust partnerships, deliver crystal-clear updates, and engage with governance boards through regular reports and presentations. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, will be exceptional, complemented by proficiency in MS Office suite.
We expect a commitment to ongoing professional growth, evidenced by a degree/SVQ4/HND or equivalent in a relevant field, coupled with a familiarity with IT and project management best practices (e.g., PPSO, Prince 2, ITIL, Management of Risk/Benefits, Change Management).
