Can you help us maintain DWP's MS Teams infrastructure that supports our business?
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join the Audio and Video Conferencing (AVC) team, who are responsible for delivering, maintaining and supporting the Microsoft Teams environment.

Deploying World-class Platforms.
As an Infrastructure Engineer (at the Senior Executive Officer grade - SEO) you will deal with the day-to-day management and development of infrastructure products and contribute towards their design.
You will be responsible for the operational stability of the infrastructure solutions, and be in a position to affect change in the on-going robustness and resilience of those products.
You will collaborate with seniors and own Infrastructure Development Lifecycle Process as part of a delivery team focused on one or more products.
Ideally, you have a Microsoft certification in Azure or M365 product. However, we do offer staff development opportunities to gain this certification to the right person who wants to progress their career.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Experience of supporting MS Teams in a large organisation
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) at a large scale
- Experience of supporting Microsoft Teams telephony handsets
- Experience of large hardware delivery projects.
