The firm's Property Litigation team are incredibly well regarded and advises landlords, tenants, developers, local authorities and individual property investors.
This firm works with every kind of client in the commercial property field across London and the South East, from individual property owners and investors to developers, lenders, land owners and affordable homes providers. The firm's lawyers are experienced in every type of property dispute, from joint venture and conveyancing disputes, to trespass, party wall and developer claims, and from professional negligence and rectification claims to the full range of landlord and tenant disputes, including breaches of covenant.
The team are now seeking an experienced property litigation solicitor to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of PQE in property litigation gained from a reputable practice and will be well-versed in all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes and act for a wide range of clients, both domestically and internationally.
