About us

At the Science Museum Group STEM engagement is at the heart of what we do. We inform, inspire and encourage learning on-site, as well as through outreach and online. We ignite curiosity around STEM by assisting discovery through active participation and social interaction. Our learning resources and activities share our learning philosophy and creative approach to inspire and engage a wide range of audiences both in and beyond out museums.

We are now recruiting for a Learning Producer (Resources) based at the Science Museum in London (with hybrid working available). This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week on a fixed term, maternity cover contract for 12 months.

About the role

As Learning Producer (Resources) you will oversee the production of high-quality resources across all the Science Museum Group sites and mentor and coach staff to ensure that resources are developed consistently in line with our research informed resources development process.

You will support the promotion and dissemination of our resources through our Science Museum Group resources webpages for educators and families. Alongside the development of resources this role will support training delivered through the Science Museum Group Academy as well as running events which support teachers and community groups to maximise their visits to our museums and use of our learning offer.

This role will also work alongside the Cultural and Commercial Partnerships team, to utilise our Learning Research and Resources for external client projects.

About you
