What will I do?
No cold calling! You’ll focus on maximising MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and Group opportunities through new inbound enquiries & existing enquiries, handle complaints & disputes, be that ‘go-to’ person and support with the ongoing development & training of a growing Central events team.
Is this the role for me?
Previous experience working within a hotel sales team, hospitality central sales department or event operations
People management experience
IT savvy
