Summary
Role: Change Lead
Location: Reading
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 18 Months + Possible Extension
Rates: £362 Daily Rate Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Clearance: BPSS
- Report to the Bridge Business Design & Change Lead on progress the BI change team
- Identify and assess key changes that need to be communicated across Business and Technical Design teams
- Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities
- Develop and maintain central change and deployment-related documentation, approaches and toolkits, e.g. change strategy and plan * Identify and manage deployment-related risks and issues, escalating as necessary
- Oversees planning, development and delivery of overall change management activity encompassing, communications, readiness training and adoption
- Communicate all necessary information to the Directorate Change Teams
- Attend and Input into the Transition/Deployment Board
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency and/or qualifications in change management methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong project management skills (APMG/Waterfall/Agile)
- Resilience to navigate resistance to change
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
