Radio Taxis is Southampton’s largest local Taxi and Private Hire Company which operates in Southampton, Eastleigh and New Forest.
Brief
We have several wonderful opportunities available to join our friendly growing team, on a permanent basis with both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Successful candidates will undergo full training so previous experience is not essential. We are a 24/7 business and run 365 days a year to flexibility is required.

Job Description
We are looking for candidates to be dedicated, hardworking, reliable and willing to go the extra mile. The role will involve taking telephone bookings from both the general public and corporate and entering the booking into a dispatch system (Cab9). You will also be required to call both customers and drivers to ensure a smooth and timely service.
Duties Include
Taking telephone calls from both customers and taxi drivers
Logging bookings into our computer dispatch system (Cab9)
Helping customers with enquiries
Logging complaints and lost property enquiries
General office duties
Available Hours / Shifts
Night Shift hours currently available.
Hours of work will be between 7pm and 7am only. Night work
6 to 8 hour shifts - will include weekends.
Part Time or Full Time hours available.
Overtime may be offered in addition to the above, based on business need.
You must be able to work night shifts between 7pm and 7am.
Shifts can include either 1am to 7am / 7pm to 7am or variety in those times.
Salary
£12.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
