Summary
Join us as a Marketing Technology Enablement Manager
- Working in our Digital Marketing & Media Centre of Excellence, you’ll lead the management and optimisation of Marketing’s content supply chain, including digital asset management and campaign workflow capabilities
- You’ll also play a lead role in Martech innovation, including AI opportunities
- Day-to-day, you’ll work on the identification of innovative Martech solutions and opportunities to upskill the wider marketing function on the content supply chain
- This is your opportunity to make a far-reaching impact with your work as you shape the operations of our marketing function, delivering and managing technology solutions
- This role will be available for seven months
What you’ll do
As a Marketing Technology Enablement Manager, you’ll act as product owner for Marketing’s digital asset management and workflow solutions, optimising our content supply chain.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Championing asset management and workflow capabilities to drive platform adoption
- Identifying opportunities to optimise campaign delivery processes through technology
- Ownership of Marketing’s global digital asset management and campaign workflow platforms
- The platform development and optimisation backlog, including the definition of future requirements
- Partnering with colleagues across the Group to promote consistent asset management processes
- Identification and delivery of AI use cases for Marketing
The skills you’ll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of marketing operations, ideally asset or content management and campaign workflow. Experience of Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Workfront would be advantageous.
You’ll also have an understanding of content supply chain principles and experience of experimenting with AI use cases.
You’ll also need:
- Good problem-solving skills and knowledge of how to navigate complexities of technology and AI innovations
- An understanding of how to build a trusted network across marketing and the wider bank
- Experience of technology implementation projects
