Advanced Engineering Solutions Limited (AES) is seeking a commercially minded consulting engineer, preferably with experience of
pipeline engineering, to help drive the growth of the business, the role is based at our Cramlington office in the North-East of
England.
The Role
We invite credible applicants for a new and exciting position within our Water Industry division as our Pipeline Integrity
Specialist Engineer in this role you will contribute your pipeline integrity management skills to support and oversee ongoing work
programs.
Additionally, you will demonstrate a proven ability to earn bonuses by negotiating and securing new work with both existing and
new clients, ensuring the safeguarding of their pipeline assets. This is particularly crucial as UK Water Companies enter their
next five-year regulated spending cycle, known as the Asset Management Plan (AMP).
What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in general, civil, or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate and securing new work streams.
Ideal to have
• Working knowledge of Water industry structural engineering and stress analysis
• Chartered Engineer status
