are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and guiding the day-to-day operational
activities of our accounts payable team.

What will you do?
* Develop and mentor the accounts payable team, leading by example
* Oversee the daily accounts payable operations
* Drive Improvements by identifying pain points and opportunities for efficiencies
* Act as the escalation for complex accounts and queries
* Ensuring invoices and documentation provided by suppliers are processed within a timely manner
* Supporting the team to have queries resolved, to prevent delay in payment
* Liasing with internal and external stakeholders with a high level of customer service
* Increasing the payment on time %
* Steering and meeting SLA’s and OLA’s
* Driving No PO No Pay policy
* Assist in meeting the RFT (Right first time) %
* Supporting the team to deliver their KPI’s
* Prepare month end reports for month end reviews
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
* Being the subject matter expert of the accounts payable function
* Working alongside the transactional finance manager on the continuous improvement
What we are looking for?
* Proven experience of leading an accounts payable team
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Knowledge of Yardi and MRI Qube (Desirable)
