Summary
Talent Guardian is seeking a Upholstery Prep Assistant on behalf of a company that manufactures, designs and fits products in bars, restaurants, hotels and destinations across the UK.You will join be the Upholstery Manufacturing Team based in Christchurch.

What You'll Do:
You'll need to work to deadlines and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Accurate fitting of springs, foam, and hessian as per handovers, ensuring adherence to exacting standards and company procedures.
Organising work in line with production schedules, ensuring timely production while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide support and assistance across the company, including hands-on upholstery work, sharing knowledge and expertise, and assisting with delivery and dispatch.
Drive company vehicles as needed.
What we are looking for:
Ability to take accurate measurements and calculate material requirements.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong spoken and written English skills.
Patience, perseverance, and safety awareness.
Dependable, professional, resourceful, and self-confident.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Full UK Driving Licence
Working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
