Our client is a highly reputed garden and grounds maintenance company, and is looking for a skilled and dedicated Gardener, like you, to join their dynamic team of professionals.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Minimum 1 years of professional gardening experience
• Strong horticultural knowledge would be helpful, but training given.
• Proficient with various gardening tools and equipment
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks and outdoor work
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional demeanour and customer service skills
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and seasonal overtime
• Driving Licence (preferred), PA1 and PA6 spraying licence (ideal but not essential)
• A true love for gardening and horticulture
• Keen eye for detail to ensure every garden looks its best
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality
• Willingness to go above and beyond to create and maintain beautiful gardens and the company’s excellent reputation.

What will your role look like?

• Play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of clients' grounds and gardens
• Perform various gardening tasks including lawn mowing, soil assessment, pest control, seasonal planting, and skilled pruning
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
• Contribute to the ongoing success of the company

The interview process begins with an office-based, face-to-face meeting. If successful, this is followed by a practical interview. During the practical interview, the candidate accompanies some of the team members in the vans, visits a couple of sites, and can ask the gardeners any additional questions.
