Summary

What you are bringing to the role is commitment, flexibility and dedication. You will work on your own, as well as part of a team, and have a passion to deliver a world class service to enhance the student and member experience.
Your role will include:
New member inductions
Writing fitness programmes
Delivering fitness classes
Providing help and guidance to members
Walking the gym floor engaging, interacting and looking after the well-being and motivation of our members
You will hold a NVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in gym/fitness instructing.
We will support you to develop your skills and gain industry recognised qualifications to further your career. In addition, our team of experts in our Professional Development Department will work with you to find a course, funding or programme to help you fulfil your potential and take the opportunities you need to succeed.

Please note that the salary advertised is subject to additional shift allowance which is subject to change. Shift allowance is only applied to specific roles within the University and therefore will not be carried forward to any additional roles undertaken at the University where this allowance does not apply.

The position is offered on a full time (36.25 hours per week), permanent contract. Job share arrangements may be considered.
