To be successful in the role of Administrator (Network) You will be responsible for efficient and accurate administration of the Onebright Clinician Network to meet the diverse needs of customers and clients. You will work closely with our teams to implement processes to maximise productivity and efficiency by undertaking relevant monitoring and audit activity to ensure expected performance targets are met and highlight areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Receive and deal in a prompt and professional manner with all enquiries made in person, by telephone or by email, escalating to the relevant team where necessary.
- Provide key administration functions for the network team
- Set up new clinicians on the appropriate network management software, ensuring that each clinician meets the required criteria before they are placed on the panel
- Ensure that each clinician continues to meet the required standards and compliance, and undertake a yearly re-accreditation check
- Conduct a monthly check of the HCPC, GMC and NMC to ensure clinical supply network compliance with regulatory bodies
- Ensure the performance and achievement of SLA’s are monitored and provide monthly reports which highlight issues and make suggestions in regard to potential solutions
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proficiency in IT.
- Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the role.
- Work as part of a team, encouraging open discussion of any issues identified to enable the service to be the best it can be .
- At least 1 years’ experience in an office administrator role.
- Management of own workload using time effectively to prioritise and plan key tasks to effectively administer the clinical supply network in line with business needs
