How You’ll Lead the Way
Ready to take the helm as a Bar Team Leader at Ocean Exmouth? Dive into a dynamic role where you’ll motivate your team, drive
compliance, and fuel business growth. From overseeing the Bar offerings and cellar management, to maintaining safety standards and
promoting business development, your leadership will be pivotal. People management will be at the core of your responsibilities,
ensuring team development, efficient rota management, and compliance with training requirements. And of course, you’ll handle
operational tasks with finesse, from cash management to stock control, ensuring a safe and seamless environment for all.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual with a minimum of 1 year’s proven leadership experience in the fast-paced world of
hospitality. Your knack for operational excellence in food and beverage, stock control, safety, and compliance will set you apart.
Holding a Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate is a must, and proficiency in software applications for administrative tasks is
expected. Bonus points for higher certifications in Hospitality Management, HR expertise, and a flair for innovative business
development strategies. Above all, we value enthusiasm, adaptability, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and
an unwavering attention to detail in our ideal candidate.
