Summary
Job Overview:
At Manpower we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Assistant to join the small team of one of our clients based outside of Stamford.
This role involves performing various grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the large, rural premises are well-kept and presentable. The successful candidate will work outdoors, both independently and collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic grounds maintenance including mowing, strimming, and weeding.
- Assist with routine building maintenance during certain times of the year, including outdoor wood staining, painting of railings, and leaf collection.
- Ensure the grounds are maintained to a high standard throughout the year.
Requirements:
- Comfortable and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
- Experience with basic grounds maintenance activities such as mowing and strimming is advantageous, though not essential as training will be provided.
- Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle due to the rural location of the job site.
This is a temp to perm, full-time role. Working 8:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday - Friday.
Salary is £23,920 per annum
