Summary


This is a really exciting time to be joining the CLN as we embark on a new chapter to broaden our offer and provide maximum value to our members.

We are looking for a UK registered clinician at the start of their own clinical leadership journey to lead on a variety of leadership development and networking projects as part of our overall Development Programme. You will be fully supported to develop your project and programme management expertise at the same time as widening your own personal and professional networks.

We are a small but passionate team committed to working across our network for the greater good, supporting colleagues across England to make positive changes for our patients and communities. We fully support flexible working and encourage all our team to proactively develop and shape the CLN building on individual strengths.

The post holder will support and manage a range of projects and initiatives to improve our leadership development programme offer, strengthen our membership offers and optimise our productivity. With a professional background as a clinician (from any professional background) the postholder will use their initiative and insights to help shape the programme of work.
Key aspects of this role will be to:-
• Support the National Operations Director in
o Developing and delivering leadership materials for Bitesize, Emerging Frontline Clinical and Care Leaders Programmes
o Supporting plans to develop the Clinical and Care Professional Leaders Network
o Developing and delivering comms and marketing including social media, podcasts, newsletters etc
• Support the Chief Clinical Officer in
o Developing leadership materials for Advanced Clinical and Care Leaders (ACCL) programme
o Liaising with national and international guest speakers for ACCL, regional hosted dinners and national Congress
• Project manage a portfolio of projects covering: emerging health and care Proof of Concept projects, development of CLN membership offer and, income generation projects
