We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design intern to join our in-house marketing team. This is a fab opportunity to
start building a fun and emotive portfolio, whilst playing a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives by creating
visually appealing and engaging graphics for email campaigns, PPC advertising, and blog content. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for pets, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual assets.




Package: Competitive with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday off) Private Healthcare and flexible
benefits. The role will require occasional visits to the office in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. Working hours are Monday-Friday
9-5.30pm and will be ongoing until September time

Key Responsibilities




• Design Email Graphics: Create eye-catching and responsive graphics for email campaigns, including promotional offers,
newsletters, and informational content.

• Develop PPC Ads: Design compelling visual elements for PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns across various platforms, such
as Google Ads and social media channels, to drive traffic and conversions.

• Create Blog Graphics: Collaborate with the Head of SEO and Social Media team to design graphics for blog posts, social posts,
infographics, and other visual content to enhance readability and engagement.

• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all
marketing materials.

• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and other team members to understand
project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.

• Iterate and Improve: Gather feedback from stakeholders and implement revisions to refine designs and optimize performance.




Key skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on digital marketing materials.

• Passion for pets and understanding of the pet insurance industry is a plus.
