Summary
Housing Property Compliance Manager (Hybrid) needed in Rotherham, £279.82 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1281286
minimum of 2 days in the office per week
The postholder will manage a team of compliance officers and surveyors ensuring we maintain compliance in statutory landlord compliance areas such as gas safety, electrical safety, water safety, asbestos, fire safety, damp and mould and lift maintenance.
The team will also monitor compliance in other areas of housing property services including the social housing regulatory standards and the housing asset portfolio.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
