WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our Hub sites.

Economic Crime Prevention provides a high quality, large scale, shared service for customer owning business units in Lloyds Banking Group and third parties, where the purpose is to continue to keep the bank and our customers safe from the impacts of financial crime.
This role will sit within the 3i's (Integrated Intelligence and Investigation) team of ECP (Economic Crime Prevention), and you'll have the responsibility to investigate suspicious activity reports to
determine whether disclosure to NCA (National Crime Agency) is necessary, complete customer relationship reviews, and to deliver high-quality intelligence and data led risk management to reduce harm to our communities.
- To investigate, use own judgement and take ownership for decisions on the outcome of alerts (e.g. manual SARs and system alerts) which includes decisioning around whether to make a disclosure to NCA and whether to maintain or terminate a customer's relationship with the bank.
- To take ownership including of own workload and end to end activity from initiating the investigation through to completion ensuring cases are worked within SLA(Service Level Agreements).
- To correctly record on the 3i's detection system and document the investigation undertaken through concise and insightful comments to ensure a 'Regulator Ready' Rationale is documented for all investigations.
- Apply business sense, making logical and sound decisions confidently, ensuring a fair outcome for customers.
- Investigate cases to the required quality and efficiency targets, thereby ensuring cases are processed to the correct standard.
- Drive 3i's culture forward (Continuous Improvement, Colleague Engagement, etc)
- Proactively seek opportunities to further develop self and wider team which includes becoming multi-skilled, and mentoring others to become their best.
