Summary
Job title: Payroll Coordinator Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with some flexibility to work from home Location: ESS Energy Office, Westhill Salary: Competitive
General duties will include:
General duties will include:
- Accurately processing time & attendance and supplementary pay including entering payroll related data into SAP & Company HRIS for offshore and onshore support teams
- Maintaining the Concur expenses system
- Proactively responding to and closing out payroll queries
- Preparing payroll calendars and data sheets
- Preparing monthly payroll reports for finance
- Manage payroll mailbox
- Identifying improvements to processes and procedures to develop quality
- Support managers with their understanding of contractual entitlements as well as capability with payroll processes, procedures, and systems
- Work in partnership with Company HR and payroll teams in the processing of new starters, role transfers and TUPE new starters
- Support the pay review cycle
- Proactively provide data to business to support performance
- Provide administration support to the HR team
- Previous experience in a payroll role
- Highly organised and responsive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and individually, using own initiative to prioritise tasks
- Previous experience of HR systems and SAP, Concur etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills
