Summary

Job Description

Glasgow City Council are expanding their job evaluation team to support the development of a new pay and grading structure. Working within the parameters of the SJC Job Evaluation Scheme 3rd Edition, the Lead Analyst will lead a team of job analysts in the implementation and maintenance of the scheme. Successful candidates will be provided with the necessary training and will be required to work flexibly to meet the demands of the project. Hybrid working is available in this role. This post is temporary up to 31/12/2024. Interviews for this post are expected to take place during week commencing 17 June 2024 This role is currently based between our Job Evaluation sites in Govan and Anniesland.
