As a Face to Face Fundraiser, you will be able to strike up a conversation with anyone, be determined, self-motivated, passionate, persuasive, and thrive on a challenge.
Whilst we'd love to speak to people with previous fundraising or sales experience this isn’t essential, as we believe a personality is more important than a CV. We will provide you with a full induction and training as well as regular field support to help you develop your skills and achieve your absolute best.
Local Hospice Lottery is an award winning, sector leading, non-profit organisation that is growing year on year, raising much-needed funding for local hospices.
For all your amazing work we offer:
- £23'714, uncapped bonus package and OTE £38,000pa
- Full time and part time employed roles available
- Competitive and generous, uncapped bonus structure – where realistic earnings can be in excess of £30k
- Monthly Bonus payments
- Paid Travel time to and from the field + paid mileage allowance
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays on appointment (rising with length of service) - pro-rated for part-time
- Paid Birthday leave
