We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant partner primary school, rated 'Good' by OFSTED and located in the Bournville area. You will have the rewarding opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development and success of students who are empowered to learn and achieve together. For the right candidate, the school are looking to make your position permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Support in developing and modifying educational materials and resources to cater to the various learning needs of students in the classroom.
- Aid the teacher with lesson delivery and activities, including material preparation, equipment setup, and classroom organisation.
- Design and conduct engaging interventions for students, helping them reach their essential learning goals.
- Assist in maintaining a constructive and positive classroom atmosphere.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant degree.
- Have 12 months experience supporting Primary School individuals.
- Have experience leading 1:1 or group interventions (desirable).
