About the Role:
As a professional care assistant, you will be crucial in helping vulnerable individuals maintain their independence and overall well-being. Skills/Experience:
• No prior qualifications are required; comprehensive induction training is provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.

• Dependability and a flexible approach to work.
• Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Job Benefits:
• Competitive salary of £11.55 – £18.00 per hour, with premium pay on Christmas Day. (Enhanced pay rates for Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above starting at £12.00 p/h)
• Full/part-time hours and flexible shifts to accommodate other commitments.
• Mileage: 40p per mile.
• Paid travel time.

• Ongoing accredited training.
• Free uniform, safety kit, and PPE.

We prioritise minimal commute times by assigning work close to your residence.

Shift Patterns:
We offer flexible shifts to support an excellent work-life balance. However, since most of our clients receive care seven days a week, carers must work some evenings and alternate weekends.
