Summary

A bit about krow…

krow is a full-service creative communications agency working out of four UK offices. Part of MISSION, we collaborate within a network of creative agencies in 28 locations worldwide, led by entrepreneurs who encourage an independent spirit.

Our clients range from big established retailers to smaller challenger brands and charities, giving our team the chance to do good over and above the business bottom line. We make Big Positive Impacts for our clients that drive commercial growth, with ideas that move people to think, feel and act differently. Behind these ideas is a truly diverse culture, fuelled by passionate, sleeves-rolled up and open-minded thinkers.

It’s a no-brainer but our team are most successful when happy and fulfilled. That’s why we have many initiatives to support their development and wellbeing, including competitive benefits and family-friendly policies. With krow, it’s no egos all the way, everyone has a voice and the chance to make their own impact.

Role

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Copywriter to join our busy creative team. You love words and know how to wield them to the best effect. You get how they motivate readers to do stuff. You know which combinations will engage eyeballs and which will motivate your audience to act on that call to action – whether you’re writing for social, eCommerce, storyboards, email, articles… or even a good old-fashioned piece of print.

What it takes to become a Junior Copywriter at krow

• You create seamless copy that’s emphatic, effective and easily digestible
• You have experience writing for social platforms and eCommerce (or a strong passion to learn!)
• You can flex between different tones of voice at the flick of a switch (or brief)
• You have a way with structuring information that entices people through the piece
• You understand the difference between conciseness and curtness, under-informing and overwriting
• You can work to a brief, and create a strong rationale to help sell your ideas in response
• You have great attention to detail, and can spot a typo a mile off
• Deadlines don’t scare you. You scare them
• You have a desire to continually improve your skills and keep up to date with the latest creative and social trends
• You have a collaborative nature, enjoying working into Senior Copywriters and creative leads, alongside art directors and designers, as well as with account teams
