Kindred Nurseries has an opportunity for an inspiring and caring individual to join the team as an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner. This would be an ideal position for somebody looking to start their career within the early years sector, or somebody who has previously worked with children and young people.

This is a full-time position (part-time hours available from 280 to 30 hours per week) requiring the successful candidate to flexibly work 40 hours Monday to Friday. The key responsibilities for an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner is to:


Provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for the children to learn, play and develop
Create interesting and inspiring activities to children to learn through play
Build relationships with key children and record their interests and achievements through observations
Use a friendly approach with parents and carers


To be successful for this role you should:


Have a desire to learn about the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage Framework)
Be committed and dedicated to your career and the children in your care
Have a positive, can-do attitude to problem solving
