My client is a distinguished nursing home in Southport that accommodates up to 60 residents, with a special focus on dementia care. Their mission is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where residents can thrive, fitted with many recreational spaces such as a cafe, salon and shop. They emphasize independence, dignity, and respect by encouraging positive risk-taking and empowerment.
We are seeking a Clinical Senior Care Assistant to lead the care team. As the Clinical Senior Carer, you will ensure that all care staff adhere to CQC guidelines while delivering exceptional care to residents. You will uphold high standards of care and mentor less experienced staff, enabling them to contribute fully to the nurturing environment.

Skills and Experience Required:
* Strong communication and writing skills
* Experience in elderly care settings
* Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized
* Team player with the ability to work independently
* Dependable under pressure and flexible to meet the home's needs
* Supervisory experience in a care/nursing home setting, specifically with elderly residents

Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding care
