This is an exciting time at Woodlesford Primary school, and we are keen to find an individual who shares our ambition to be the best we possibly can be. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly and caring Teaching Assistant with strong English and Maths skills who is determined to help children achieve their potential. The role will include whole class and small group support in our reception class and therefore a knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and pedagogy will be beneficial. The role will also include some 1:1 intervention, support to children with specific SEND needs and provide assistance in the lunch hall and play areas. The successful candidate should have good organisational skills, be able to work as part of a team and also work under their own initiative.
