Your new role
As the Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the payroll processes are accurately and efficiently completed and reported
- Conducting accurate deductions and providing appropriate information to the benefits' providers, HMRC and other statutory bodies
- Preparing all payroll data, new starters, leavers, and adjustments are being correctly inputted
- Compliant checks are maintained for employee data and files
- Act as a main point of contact for payroll and benefit queries
What you'll need to succeed
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated to work independently as well as a strong team player to provide support where needed
- Strong proficiency with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, formulas, etc.)
- Keeping informed and updated with new regulations and legislation
