Summary
Projects Manager/Works Supervisor
Temp to Perm, after 12 weeks probation period
Area: Oldham, OL8
Hours: Day shift, 40/44 hours per week
Salary: £33,000 to £40,000 per year
We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Projects/Facilities Manager at our clients Business Centre, offering a variety of onsite facilities.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual.
Skills:
Multi trade skilled candidate with experience in the following:
• Electrical *must understand data, power etc, we are not looking for fully qualified electrician*
• Maintenance of commercial, industrial or residential projects
• Knowledge of construction, ground work to final fix
• Joinery
• Masonry/brick laying
• Plumbing
• Ability to trouble shoot and understand infrastructure
• Dealing with industrial queries related to the business centre
• Accuracy and ability to create a high quality finish
• Ability to survey a job and order material
Person spec:
• Experienced in the above duties with a checkable employment record
• Have a can do attitude
• Team player
• Enthusiastic and hands on worker
Desirable:
• IT and network skills
